The role…/n We have a superb opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at Rothay Garden. /n Working alongside our Head Chef, you will play an important role in delivering the high standards expected of our 2 AA Rosette restaurant. You will be confident running your own section, preparing and presenting dishes to an excellent standard, and helping to create memorable dining experiences for our guests. /n We are looking for someone who is passionate about food, takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a busy, supportive kitchen team. /n Previous experience as a Chef de Partie is preferred, ideally within a 1 or 2 Rosette establishment, although we are also keen to hear from ambitious chefs looking to take the next step in their career.
