We are looking for a reliable, practical, and hardworking
Maintenance Team Member to join our team on a part-time basis, working three days per week .
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and takes pride in maintaining high standards within a luxury hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel and grounds.
- Complete basic plumbing, painting, decorating, carpentry, and minor electrical maintenance (where appropriate).
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure all facilities remain in excellent condition.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and colleagues.
- Maintain outdoor areas, pathways, and gardens to a high standard.
- Liaise with external contractors for specialist repairs and servicing.
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with health and safety regulations.
- Keep maintenance equipment, tools, and records organised and up to date.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a maintenance, facilities, or handyman role.
- Practical skills across a range of general building maintenance tasks.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
- A positive, reliable, and flexible approach to work.
- Full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.
