Salary: Up to £26,573 dependent on experience

Contract: Full-time (37 hours/week), Fixed term until 31 October 2028 (with potential to extend)

We’re now looking for a dedicated and capable Agricultural Operator to join our Harpenden team and contribute to both our commercial farming and research field trials.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting safe, efficient operations across commercial and trial farm areas
  • Contributing to field trial implementation and maintenance
  • Collaborating closely with researchers and technical teams

You’ll work alongside an experienced and supportive team, bringing your own knowledge while continuing to learn and develop new areas of expertise.
