As our Insurance Division continues to grow, we're looking to appoint either a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant to help shape the next stage of our journey. This isn't just another recruitment job. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle across the UK insurance market, working with insurers, loss adjusting practices, specialist consultancies and corporate clients.

  • Managing permanent recruitment assignments from vacancy qualification through to placement.
  • Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Winning new business through proactive business development and networking.
  • Sourcing, interviewing and qualifying high-quality insurance professionals.
  • Headhunting through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals and industry networking.
  • Writing compelling job adverts and candidate profiles.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and recruitment pipelines.

Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant is required, along with previous recruitment experience within the insurance sector. A proven track record of developing client relationships and making successful permanent placements is essential. Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills are necessary, as well as commercial awareness with a consultative approach to recruitment.

Why Join Rotate Recruitment? We're building something different. Rather than focusing on high-volume recruitment and rigid KPIs, we focus on building genuine relationships and becoming trusted partners within our specialist markets.

  • Uncapped commission with excellent earning potential.
  • Hybrid and flexible working.
  • Access to LinkedIn Recruiter, premium job boards and modern recruitment technology.
  • Investment in AI-driven recruitment, marketing and automation tools to help you work smarter.
  • The freedom to develop your own specialist market and personal brand.

  • The opportunity to make a genuine impact within a growing specialist recruitment consultancy.

If you're an experienced insurance recruiter who's frustrated by unnecessary KPIs, limited progression or corporate bureaucracy, this is an opportunity to join a business where your experience will be recognised and your success directly rewarded. We're looking for someone who enjoys building long-term relationships, takes pride in delivering an exceptional service and wants to play a key role in growing one of the UK's most ambitious specialist recruitment consultancies.
