Rotate Recruitment is a specialist recruitment consultancy delivering what we call Full Circle

Recruitment.

We partner with some of the UK's leading insurers, loss adjusting practices, consultancies and engineering businesses, providing permanent recruitment solutions across the Insurance, Claims, Construction Consultancy and Built Environment sectors.

Since launching in 2021, we've built an outstanding reputation for delivering quality over quantity.

Our success has been built on long-term relationships, market expertise and a consultative approach that consistently delivers results for both our clients and candidates.

As our Insurance Division continues to grow, we're looking to appoint either a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant to help shape the next stage of our journey.

This isn't just another recruitment job.

It's an opportunity to become a key part of a growing business where you'll have genuine autonomy, access to established clients and the chance to influence the future direction of the Insurance team.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle across the UK insurance market, working with insurers, loss adjusting practices, specialist consultancies and corporate clients.

From managing existing accounts to developing new client relationships, you'll be trusted to build your own desk while benefiting from the support of an experienced leadership team and an already established client base.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Managing permanent recruitment assignments from vacancy qualification through to placement.
  • Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Winning new business through proactive business development and networking.
  • Sourcing, interviewing and qualifying high-quality insurance professionals.

  • Writing compelling job adverts and candidate profiles.
  • Managing interviews, offer negotiations and candidate care.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and recruitment pipelines.
  • Keeping up to date with market trends, salary benchmarking and competitor activity.
  • Achieving individual and team revenue targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Commercial awareness with a consultative approach to recruitment.
  • Self-motivated, organised and driven to succeed.
  • Based within commuting distance of Central London and available to attend the office at least one day per week.

  • Construction Consultancy
  • Forensic Investigation
  • Engineering
  • Health & Safety

Why Join Rotate Recruitment?

We're building something different.

Rather than focusing on high-volume recruitment and rigid KPIs, we focus on building genuine relationships and becoming trusted partners within our specialist markets.

When you join Rotate Recruitment, you'll benefit from

  • A warm client base with established relationships across leading insurers, loss adjusters and consultancies.
  • Live vacancies from day one, allowing you to start billing quickly.
  • Uncapped commission with excellent earning potential.
  • Hybrid and flexible working.
  • A collaborative, supportive environment where you're trusted to manage your own desk.
  • Access to Linked In Recruiter, premium job boards and modern recruitment technology.
  • Investment in AI-driven recruitment, marketing and automation tools to help you work smarter.
  • The freedom to develop your own specialist market and personal brand.
  • Clear progression opportunities as the Insurance Division continues to expand, including future leadership and management opportunities.
  • The opportunity to make a genuine impact within a growing specialist recruitment consultancy.

Why This Role?

If you're an experienced insurance recruiter who's frustrated by unnecessary KPIs, limited progression or corporate bureaucracy, this is an opportunity to join a business where your experience will be recognised and your success directly rewarded.

We're looking for someone who enjoys building long-term relationships, takes pride in delivering an exceptional service and wants to play a key role in growing one of the UK's most ambitious specialist recruitment consultancies.
