An established, multi-disciplinary property consultancy is seeking a senior Building Surveying leader to drive the next phase of its regional growth in Birmingham. The business already has an established presence in the Midlands, with existing teams operating in the region and servicing a strong client base. This role represents a strategic investment in expanding that footprint, creating a dedicated Building Surveying hub to support increasing demand and unlock further growth opportunities. Backed by a well-resourced national platform, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to build a team, develop client relationships, and shape a regional business unit with genuine autonomy and long-term support. There is also scope for individuals to bring an existing team or client following, where appropriate.
The Role
