Your mission

As Junior Business Development Manager, you will support the growth of our business in the United Kingdom by combining commercial support, customer relationship management, and business development.

Reporting to the Business Development Manager UK & Northern Europe, you will play a key role in supporting the expansion of our complete systems offering, strengthening relationships with distributors and installers, and helping accelerate the development of one of our most strategic European markets.

This is an excellent opportunity to grow into an international business development role while working on innovative products and ambitious commercial projects.

  • Your Main Responsibilities
  • Sales Support & Customer Service
  • Manage the day-to-day sales pipeline and support commercial activities
  • Prepare quotations and commercial offers
  • Handle daily requests from customers, distributors, and installers
  • Coordinate activities with the Technical, Customer Service, and Logistics teams
  • Support order processing and customer communications
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales documentation, and reporting
  • Business Development
  • Support the identification and onboarding of new distributors and installer partners
  • Contribute to the expansion of our complete systems offering across the UK
  • Represent Rotarex Firetec during trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer events
  • Help convert new business opportunities into long-term commercial partnerships
  • Support regional sales growth initiatives and commercial action plans
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with customers and partners
  • Provide professional commercial support and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Develop a solid understanding of our products and propose the most appropriate solutions
  • Commercial Coordination
  • Monitor sales activities and contribute to achieving regional sales objectives
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of commercial projects

Your profile

  • Technical & Commercial Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or an equivalent field
  • A first experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Service, or a commercial role is an advantage
  • Strong interest in technical B2B products and customer-facing environments
  • Good analytical skills and ability to work with commercial data
  • Experience with CRM systems is considered a plus
