  • Define measurable outcomes for adoption, operational impact and customer satisfaction
  • Align product strategy with Rotageek’s commercial objectives, including retention, expansion and market differentiation
  • Lead discovery and product definition for DC workforce management
  • Build a deep understanding of the unique DC operating context, including shift structures, labour flexibility, productivity metrics and compliance requirements

  • Identify where AI adds genuine operational value and where human judgement should remain central
  • Work with engineering, product and legal teams on data handling and model governance
  • Translate vision into clear requirements, user stories and measurable outcomes
  • Prioritise ruthlessly, balancing innovation with reliability
  • Ensure delivery cadence is predictable and outcomes are quantifiable
  • Manage stakeholder expectations across engineering, commercial and customer success teams
  • Communicate roadmap and progress to internal and external stakeholders
  • Build deep empathy with engineering and data teams, while earning the confidence of commercial stakeholders
  • Partner with customers and commercial teams to validate problems and test solutions
  • Conduct discovery with enterprise users to ensure products solve real operational challenges

  • Experience owning a product area end‑to‑end, from strategy through delivery
  • Track record of working with complex, configuration‑heavy products
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and customer implementation processes
  • Experience working on products used in operationally intensive environments is highly valuable
