We are currently recruiting for an internal sales executive for a growing manufacturing business. The company has experienced excellent sales growth and is now looking for an internal sales executive to develop relationships and support the external sales team.
As an internal sales executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding the client base. Your ability to understand client needs, effectively communicate with stakeholders, and provide exceptional customer service will be key to your success.
Internal Sales Executive Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts
- Develop and build strong relationships
- Order processing
- Up-selling and cross-selling across the product range
- Understanding the customers' needs
- Performing prospecting to dormant accounts and leads
- Offering a high level of customer service
Typical customers include National Distributors, Automotive, Construction, Retail Production, Pharmaceutical, Oil and Gas, Utilities and Civil Engineers.
Experience required
