The company has experienced excellent UK sales growth and are now looking for an account manager to cover key distribution and develop end user accounts across the South of England.Responsibilities Effectively manage and grow a portfolio of distribution accounts across a defined regionDevelop and build strong relationships with end user customers and civil contractorsIncrease sales with existing and new customersUp-selling and cross-selling across the extensive product rangeIncrease share of wallet across accounts and increase the range of products they buyUnderstanding the customers need through consultative salesOffering a high level of customer serviceExperience required 1-5 years\’ experience in field sales, account management, business development or internal sales. This role would suit candidates from the Traffic Management, Construction, Safety, Tooling, Distribution, Consumables and Hire sectorsA track record of developing accounts and business across a regionA clear drive and desire to succeed and grow salesEnjoy working to targets and within a small teamMust be located across the South of England.
