We are currently recruiting for a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager for a rapidly growing manufacturing business. The company has experienced excellent UK sales growth and is now looking for a Marketing Manager to support sales while also leading marketing campaigns and design projects. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of marketing campaigns, content creation, and visual design. You’ll help drive sales, enhance their brand identity online, lead campaigns and develop compelling materials that are requested specifically by customers.
Role & Responsibilities
- Marketing & Branding:
- Help execute marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and digital ads
- Create engaging content for social media, blogs, and promotional materials
- Analyse marketing performance to optimize strategies
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new marketing ideas
- Product Launches
- Driving and nurturing leads into sales from marketing exercises – emails, online contact forms
- Manage Exhibitions – working with sales director to determine where to focus and book the full thing
- Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, social media graphics and artwork
- Edit and create visual content, including images and coordinating video editing
- Generate bespoke product renders suiting customer criteria
- Creating and optimising social posts, email marketing campaigns and email outreach UK / EU
- Optimising product catalogue with real-life images and stock images constantly updating and collating, Video content for UK and EU
Experience required
- Ideally 3-7 years marketing experience
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite, specifically Illustrator & InDesign
- Knowledge of Solidworks & Visualise preferred but not essential
- Familiarity with social media management and email marketing platforms
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Experience with content creation and copywriting
- A creative mindset with attention to detail
- A basic understanding of manufacturing & tooling within an industrial setting
- Must be located within a commutable distance to Ramsbottom as the role will be office based
