Location: North & East Scotland
Salary: Up to Β£54,000 with up to 30% annual bonus, company car (electric vehicle), comprehensive private healthcare, 10% pension and life assurance, share save scheme, and 28 days holidays plus bank holidays.
Client Information: We are representing a British manufacturer of process solutions with state-of-the-art manufacturing in the UK. They are the number one leader in their field with unrivalled products and reputation, specialising in providing turnkey solutions across various process industries such as food & beverage, water, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, oil & gas, and industrial markets. Training and development are exceptional within this organisation.
Responsibilities: This role involves working with complex systems across a well-established territory with key accounts. You will be responsible for identifying, driving, and delivering sales and profit growth. The route to market consists mainly of end users across various industries, including food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, industrial, oil & gas, and hospitals. Other routes include dealing with OEMs and supporting distribution partners with a strong focus on solution selling.
Experience: The successful candidate must have a track record of developing sales across industrial and process industries. A strong drive to succeed is essential. An engineering or business qualification is beneficial but not essential if relevant experience is present. This role is open to sales engineers, sales managers, area managers, business development managers, key account managers, sales specialists, and related disciplines. Prior experience of process systems is not required due to the excellent training provided. Best-in-class training will be received over the first few years in the role, with opportunities for progression into senior, projects, and strategic sales roles, as well as international and leadership opportunities for successful candidates.
The region covers North & East Scotland, including Edinburgh, Dundee, Perth, Aberdeen, Inverness, and surrounding areas, requiring some overnight stays depending on location.
