Rota Support is acting on behalf of our client to recruit an experienced Registered Manager for their elderly nursing home located in Ipswich, a well-established, family-orientated nursing home providing high-quality nursing, residential and dementia care. The home is registered for 30 residents and currently operates with 25 bedrooms, allowing us to provide a personalised and resident-focused service.
They are seeking an experienced, dedicated and compassionate Registered Manager to take on the role of Home Manager (preference would be Nurse Qualified but not necessary for the right candidate) within our nursing home to lead our team and drive excellence in care, governance, staff development and regulatory compliance. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious leader to join a supportive organisation with engaged owners, an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse/Deputy Manager and a committed care team.
You will act as the Registered Manager with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the care home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, and maintaining compliance with all CQC requirements.
