- Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding and using the toilet.
- Utilising equipment to move patients when necessary.
- Helping tidy the patient's home or room.
- Taking the patient's vital signs such as blood pressure and temperature.
- Talking to patients and reassuring them.
- Assisting nurses and other staff when needed.
About the Person
A suitable candidate for this position will be somebody that has a minimum of 4 months experience in a care home previously. They should have a good understanding of spoken and written English, be compassionate, patient, and enjoy helping others. This position is subject to an enhanced DBS check and providing evidence of right to work in the UK.
