We’re hiring a Fundraising Manager with a proven track record in capital raising to join our core team. Your mission is simple but bold: help secure strategic funding to accelerate Rise of Trash as we grow our platform, community, and global impact.
This is a commission-based role for the first 3 months, transitioning into a salaried position with performance-based bonuses and long-term token incentives. You’ll work directly with the founder, play a strategic role in shaping investor conversations, and help us close at least one of our exclusive $150K early-backer tickets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage angel investors, Web3 venture firms, crypto-aligned capital groups, and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs)
- Present our pitch with clarity, confidence, and credibility across multiple channels (Zoom, events, intros)
- Manage and convert investor leads from initial contact to signed commitments
- Assist in preparing tailored decks, memos, and due diligence packages
- Maintain investor updates and track relationship milestones in coordination with the founder
- Contribute to the refinement of our fundraising strategy, timelines, and capital structure
- Represent RoT at key online/in-person investor meetups, pitch sessions, and panels
You Might Be a Fit If You Have:
- 2–5+ years experience in fundraising, investor relations, or business development (preferably in Web3, fintech, or early-stage tech)
- A personal network of investors, syndicates, or family offices
- A demonstrable record of capital raised (ideally $500K+ in previous roles)
- Strong storytelling and persuasion skills
- A solid understanding of startup equity and tokenomics
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, we’re early and fast-paced
- Alignment with our mission to fight fraud and empower victims
Compensation
- First 3 months: Commission-based (% of capital raised — highly competitive)
- After 3 months: Base salary + bonus + $RoTC token equity & governance rights
