We’ve grown through trust, consistency, and long-term partnerships. Now we’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to take that growth further.

You’ll be our first dedicated hire in this area, shaping how we do outbound sales and leading from the front.
You’ll work closely with our Sales Director, who’ll guide and coach you strategically as you build the function from the ground up.

What You’ll Do
Research and identify potential clients across key sectors
Reach out via LinkedIn, email, and phone to start new conversations
Build and manage your own pipeline using a simple CRM
Create outreach materials using templates in Canva
Book qualified meetings and support follow-up with our Director
Work with a remote Sales Coach for planning and tactical support
Help refine the sales process and set the stage for future growth
