Roswell IT has supported businesses with IT, telecoms, cyber security and Microsoft services for nearly 30 years. We are now growing our AI Solutions offering, focused on practical tools that reduce admin, improve response times and connect properly with existing business systems.

About the role

We are looking for an AI Solutions Developer to help design, build and support real world AI tools for clients. The focus is practical business AI. That could include AI voice agents, workflow automation, inbox triage, CRM updates, document processing, internal assistants, reporting tools and system integrations. You will work with Roswell’s technical team to turn client problems into working AI enabled solutions.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Build AI enabled workflows and automations for clients
  • Work with tools such as OpenAI, Claude, Microsoft 365, Power Automate, APIs and automation platforms
  • Help create AI voice agents for call handling, lead capture and ticket creation
  • Connect AI tools into CRMs, helpdesks, email systems and business platforms
  • Test AI outputs and improve prompts, logic and safeguards
  • Document builds clearly so they can be supported properly
  • Work with clients to understand what they actually need before building anything
  • Support internal Roswell AI projects and client demonstrations

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience with LLM's
  • Experience building practical automations or AI assisted workflows
  • Good understanding of APIs, webhooks and data flow between systems
  • Able to think through security, permissions and data access
  • Able to explain technical ideas in plain English
  • Interested in AI, but sensible enough not to treat it as magic

The following experience would be beneficial, but is not essential:

  • Microsoft Power Platform
  • Vapi, Make, Zapier, n8n or similar tools
  • CRM or helpdesk integrations
  • Building chatbots or voice agents

Why join Roswell IT:

You will be joining an established MSP as it builds out its serious AI offering. It is a good fit for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with different systems, and seeing their work make a visible difference. You will not be stuck doing the same thing every day. The role will involve variety, learning, collaboration and the chance to work on projects that genuinely improve how clients operate.
