This will be office-based in Spitalfields, 3 days a week, with the opportunity for development into a full-time role.

We are a small, fast-moving team of managers working closely with our artists and industry partners.

The nature of our work means that priorities can change quickly, and the ability to stay organised, communicate clearly and keep things moving is essential.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with managers and gain a broad understanding of the day-to-day running of a music management company.

The role will suit someone who enjoys a varied working environment, takes pride in staying organised and is interested in developing their understanding of the music industry.

  • What You’ll Do
  • Diary management, including scheduling, agenda preparation, minute-taking as well as handling travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for management.
  • Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Show and event logistics, ensuring key information is communicated to the relevant people.
  • Monitor promotional and release schedules and deadlines, ensuring they are visible to the wider team.
  • Maintain internal systems and trackers, ensuring information is accurate, current and easy for the team to access.
  • Provide general office support, helping with the smooth day-to-day running of the London office.

Qualifications

  • Highly organised and detail oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proactive and reliable, with the ability to own and manage tasks independently.
  • Proficiency in G Suite. Experience with Notion preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Genuinely interested in dance music and the wider music industry, with an interest in understanding how artists, managers, labels, promoters and other parts of the industry work together.
  • Discreet and trustworthy, as this role involves access to sensitive commercial and personal information.
  • Prior experience in the music industry is preferred, although we are also interested in candidates with strong organisational and administrative experience who can demonstrate a genuine interest in the industry.
