Position Overview

The Marketing & Promotions Coordinator supports the execution of artist campaigns across the UK and international markets (excluding the US and Canada). Working closely with the Marketing & Promotions Manager, this role coordinates day‑to‑day campaign activity, ensuring all elements are delivered on time, on brief, and to a high standard.

Acting as a key organizational hub across marketing, digital, commercial, and promotional teams, the Coordinator plays an important role in enabling seamless campaign rollouts, supporting artist promotional activity, and maintaining strong communication across internal and external stakeholders. This role will lead the planning, execution, and cross‑functional coordination of key projects, including third‑party partnerships (e.g., OpenPlay). They are highly organized and strategic and thrive in a fast‑paced music environment, are fluent in digital supply chain workflows, and can translate high‑level strategy into actionable execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Coordination & Administration
    • Support the delivery of marketing campaigns from planning through to execution across a roster of artists.
    • Maintain campaign timelines, ensuring all deliverables, assets, and production deadlines are met.
    • Coordinate internal communications across teams, ensuring alignment on campaign priorities and updates.
    • Prepare materials for campaign meetings, presentations, and reports.
  • Promotions & Artist Support
    • Assist with the coordination of artist promotional activity, including schedules, travel, and logistics.
    • Liaise with external partners including PR, radio, and media teams to support campaign execution.
    • Help manage guest lists, events, showcases, and promotional appearances.
    • Support the team on the ground at events, gigs, and industry functions where required.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with digital, commercial, and wider international teams to support integrated campaigns.
    • Assist in aligning promotional activity with commercial and streaming priorities.
    • Maintain strong working relationships with global and local stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a marketing, promotions, or coordinator role (music or entertainment preferred).
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Passion for music and artist development.
  • 2+ years experience
