The Fan Engagement team connects fan communities with artists. In this role you’ll work closely with the Fan Engagement Lead and Coordinator to keep campaigns running smoothly, turning strategy into deliverables, monitoring performance, spotting cultural trends, and ensuring timely content releases.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Coordination & Execution: Support the setup and day‑to‑day running of campaigns across analytics and tracking systems, ensuring everything is organised, up to date, and ready to go from day one.
- Performance Monitoring & Insights: Keep a close eye on campaign performance, spot standout moments, identify patterns, and help the team move fast.
- Trends & Content Ideation: Stay plugged into music and internet culture, bring forward trends, creative references, and ideas that translate into culturally relevant, high‑performing content.
- Campaign & Strategy Support: Assist in developing campaigns through artist research, content sourcing, and applying internal frameworks to shape audience‑first strategies.
- Team Coordination: Serve as a point of contact between teams, keep priorities aligned, and ensure campaigns move forward.
- Quality Control & Delivery: Track deliverables, monitor activity, and flag issues or inconsistencies before they become problems.
- Planning & Organisation: Keep calendars, timelines and trackers in order, ensuring the team knows what’s coming and when.
Qualifications
- Music Fan: Attended multiple tours of favourite artists, invested in gigs and merch, and has deep personal fan experience.
- Chronically Online & Embedded in Music Culture: Recognises audience passions and can spot trending sounds or edits before they go viral.
- Digital Fluency: Strong grasp of TikTok, Instagram, Threads, X, YouTube, and Discord, and the cultural nuances of each platform.
- Highly Organised: Maintains clean trackers, tidy documents, and never misses deadlines; notices details like typos or missing posts.
