About Full Fat 360
Full Fat 360 is a fast-growing business operating across live music and events in stadiums and venues across the country with exciting expansion plans into Europe. We are looking for an ambitious, highly organised and adaptable individual to join the team in a varied, fast-paced role supporting the EVP, Stadium & Events and the wider events team across multiple business areas.
This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic start-up environment, enjoys taking ownership, and is excited by the chance to work across live events, concerts, festivals, artist relations, business development and operations.
Reporting Structure
The successful candidate will report directly to the EVP, Stadium & Events, while working under the Head of Events, across day-to-day project delivery, live event operations and stakeholder management.
The Role
The role is broad, fluid and hands-on, with responsibilities spanning project delivery, client and partner support, artist advancing, event management, budget and financial management, as well as executive administration. The successful candidate will be expected to adapt quickly, manage multiple projects with varying priorities, contributing positively across the business to make an impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Awards Shows & Event Delivery: Support the planning and delivery of awards shows, live events and industry functions. Coordinate suppliers, sponsors, schedules, logistics and event timelines. Assist with onsite event management and operational delivery. Support guest management, accreditation and hospitality coordination.
- Project Management: Manage projects from inception through to completion. Track timelines, deliverables and budgets across multiple projects. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery. Maintain clear reporting and communication across project teams.
- Business Development & Account Management Support: Support ongoing business development initiatives and outreach. Assist with proposal creation, presentations and research. Help manage partner, client and stakeholder relationships. Maintain CRM systems, meeting notes and follow-up actions.
- Artist Advancing & Support: Assist with artist liaison and advancing requirements. Coordinate travel, production, accommodation, hospitality, schedules and operational needs. Support communication between artists, venues, promoters and production teams. Ensure artist requirements are delivered efficiently and professionally.
- Events & Operations: Support wider company events and special projects. Assist with operational planning and execution. Help manage calendars, schedules and internal coordination. Contribute ideas and solutions to improve processes and delivery.

Location & Working Pattern
Location: Farringdon, London. This role is based across our Farringdon office and live event environments, with an expected office presence of approximately 3 days per week alongside flexible home working. Due to the nature of live events and entertainment, the role will require flexibility around working hours, including long days, evenings, weekends and occasional unsociable hours.
