We're looking for a Junior A&R who lives and breathes electronic music. You'll be the person finding the records, building the relationships and keeping our catalogue the best it can be. You'll know what's moving across house, UK garage, 140, dubstep, drum and bass and everything in between. Not just what's cool, but what's working commercially, and where. What's breaking in the UK, what's taking off in Europe, what's travelling in the US and beyond. Your main focus will be outreach. You'll be speaking to producers, writers, managers and labels every week, finding great unreleased music and bringing it through the door. You'll manage our growing catalogue, keep it organised, and know it well enough to pull the right record at the right moment. You'll work closely with our team, who make the final calls, and with our marketing and ads teams as releases go out.
This role is for someone who's always digging, always connecting and never needs to be told to pick up the phone.
