We exist to connect communities to events and causes they are passionate about. Used by over 3 million volunteers across 77 different countries, our SaaS platform powers mass volunteer programs across the globe for Not-for-Profits, local government, sporting federations, and major events. Our all-in-one solution helps our clients to recruit, retain, reward and train their volunteers, whilst also ensuring compliance. Headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, with offices in London, Dallas, Denver & New York, our vibrant, inclusive and passionate global team is driven to unite the world around volunteering.
About The Role: Reporting to the General Manager for UK & Europe, this role is the enterprise sales seat for our region. You'll own and close our biggest new-business opportunities with major non-profits, sporting bodies, governments and global events - principally in the UK, with a growing footprint across mainland Europe. This is an individual contributor role for a senior B2B SaaS closer. You'll be backed by a high-performing SDR, an experienced GM, an evolved sales playbook and a global + local marketing engine.
About you:
- 7+ years of B2B SaaS new-business sales, with a demonstrable history of consistently exceeding quota and closing high-value ARR enterprise deals.
- Adept at diagnostic discovery, MEDDIC, mutual action plans, executive engagement and clean deal hygiene. You can defend every deal in your forecast.
- You're comfortable selling to a CIO, a COO and a Head of Volunteering in the same week, translating Rosterfy’s value into the language each stakeholder cares about.
- You bring grit, curiosity and ownership. You're happy creating pipeline from a blank page when needed, and you generate opportunities rather than waiting for them.
- You're genuinely motivated by purpose-driven work. The organisations you'll be selling to are doing real good in the world, and you want to help.
- Experience selling into at least one of: non-profits, sporting bodies or major events.
Nice to have:
- Scale-up experience: you understand the ambiguity, agility and ownership that comes with building in a fast-growing business.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Jimminy or a comparable modern AI-enabled sales tech stack.
- An existing network within the UK or European non-profit, sport or events sectors.
- A personal connection to volunteering, community or social impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle end-to-end, from first conversation to closed-won, with a focus on high-value ARR opportunities at major non-profits, sporting federations, governments and national + international events.
- Build and maintain 3x pipeline coverage through disciplined outbound prospecting, executive networking, industry events and partner channels, working closely with our UK-based SDR and our marketing team to keep the funnel full.
- Run effective, value-led discovery and tailored demonstrations that map Rosterfy’s platform to the strategic priorities of senior buyers, articulating quantified ROI, building business cases and navigating procurement with confidence.
- Orchestrate complex, multi-threaded deals across IT, Procurement, Operations and C-suite stakeholders, pulling in Solutions, Customer Success, Legal and Leadership to drive deals over the line.
- Maintain world-class CRM hygiene, forecast accuracy and sales playbook adherence in HubSpot, giving leadership real visibility into deal progression, risk and revenue commit.
What you'll get:
- Competitive package: Strong base salary plus uncapped, accelerator-backed commission designed to reward over-performance.
- Paid volunteering leave so you can live the mission.
- Flexibility: Hybrid working out of our London office, with the freedom to choose the office days that suit how you do your best work.
- Be part of a Melbourne-headquartered SaaS scale-up with offices across the UK, US and Australia, and customers in 26 countries.
