The Marketing Manager (UK) is the sole marketing lead for Rosterfy's UK business, owning and executing the full marketing campaign function across the prospect and customer journey. This is a high-impact, autonomous role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on delivery. The role will serve as a key member of the UK go-to-market team, working closely with the General Manager, Account Executives and Sales Development Reps to drive growth across the region.

- Strong marketing fundamentals across demand generation, content marketing, and customer lifecycle communications.
- Campaign creation, build and execution. You’ll know how to create and run multi-channel marketing campaigns that make an impact with our target audiences.
- Proven ability to plan, execute and report on integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
- Data-obsessed, with a data-driven approach to all decision-making.
- Experience in fast-moving startup or scale-up SaaS environments.
- Confident working autonomously as the sole regional marketer, whilst collaborating with a global team.
- Willingness to operate both strategically and hands-on.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong time management and ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.
- Experience with Google Suite, HubSpot and collaboration tools.
- Willingness to learn how to build AI-first marketing motions - and execute them.
- Ability to work across cultures and timezones.
