Dante Media, a female-founded travel media business with 340K subscribers founded by travel expert Jessica Dante, is on the hunt for a Digital Growth Marketing Manager to scale their digital product revenue! If you're passionate about growth marketing for digital products and have experience helping travelers plan their dream trips, this is the right role for you.
Dante Media specializes in helping foreign tourists (primarily American) plan their dream trips to London and Paris through organic social content and comprehensive paid digital travel guides. They are a creator-led brand with multiple in-location experts who act as "a friend in town" for their combined audience of over 1.3 million future travelers.
Your job? Scale digital product revenue with a goal of increasing revenue, conversion rates and shop traffic for the "Love and London" and "Love and Paris" sub-brands. This is a freelance role with flexible hours and opportunities for long-term collaboration.
Here's what you'll be working on:
- Strategizing, managing, and scaling paid social efforts on Facebook and Instagram
- Working with the E-Commerce Manager to optimize Shopify shops and increase conversion rates
- Strategizing and managing revenue growth from email marketing efforts through optimized sales copy and funnels
- Analyzing metrics, creating performance reports, and proposing new growth opportunities
- Managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns to meet ROI and revenue goals
- Implementing robust tracking systems across all marketing channels
The ideal candidate will:
- Have 3+ years of growth marketing experience for digital products on Shopify
- Demonstrate a proven track record of driving measurable growth through digital marketing channels
- Show thorough knowledge of Kit, Shopify, GA4, Meta Business Manager, Manychat, and marketing automation tools
- Have experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- Possess excellent project management and communication skills
- Be self-motivated and extremely proactive for quick pivoting and testing
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience in travel or tourism and understanding of the travel purchasing journey
- Experience with organic social content marketing and SEO
- Good knowledge of London, Paris or both
Position details:
- Time commitment: Approximately two days per week with flexible scheduling
- Location: Fully remote with some overlap with UK working hours required
