We're looking for a Partner Orchestration Manager to align the processes, systems, and touchpoints that create a seamless and scalable journey for our partners. Rossum is transforming how businesses handle document processing with our AI-powered platform, and our global partner ecosystem is crucial to this growth. This role is ideal for someone passionate about go-to-market operations and building successful partner programs.
You'll help us with the following questions and challenges:
- How can we build and refine our partner journey to ensure every touchpoint is clearly defined and delivers a high-value experience for our diverse partner types (RSIs, GSIs, and technology alliances)?
- What processes, tools, and content are needed to effectively onboard, enable, and track the performance of our global partners?
- How do we ensure internal teams (Sales, RevOps, Marketing, Services) are fully equipped to collaborate with partners and maximize our joint success?
The Role
You'll be responsible for:
- Owning the partner journey and its supporting methodology, ensuring each touchpoint is clearly defined and delivers a high-value partner experience.
- Building and maintaining a centralized repository of partner collateral, from sales decks to co-branded assets.
- Collaborating with the broader partnerships team to support the creation of partner training program content, activation sessions, and webinars.
- Identifying and implementing improvements in partner onboarding, enablement, and performance tracking processes.
- Implementing and optimizing the partner technology stack, including the Partner Portal, CRM, and account mapping tools to streamline partner management.
- Collaborating with RevOps to define partner processes and reporting, ensuring we effectively track partner performance, pipeline, and enablement activity.
- Building a quarterly feedback process to track partner sentiment across key partner milestones, from onboarding to enablement to ongoing support.
- Documenting processes and communicating changes clearly so internal teams understand and adopt new ways of working.
Our Partnerships team is committed to building a scalable partner engine from the ground up, valuing operational rigor and hands-on execution. In this role, you'll directly contribute to Rossum's mission by ensuring our partner ecosystem is a core, highly effective pillar of our go-to-market strategy, driving our global growth. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Services to build and run the partner engine. You'll also work directly with our global teams across Product and Operations. You'll also have the opportunity to shape a critical part of Rossum's growth strategy and gain high visibility across the organization.
What We're Looking For:

- 4+ years of experience in partner operations & sales enablement in a SaaS environment.
- A strong understanding of partner ecosystems (Reseller System Integrators, Global System Integrators, & Technology Partnerships).
- An operational mindset with hands-on experience implementing core partner processes & tools.
- Excellent project management and content development skills.
- The ability to work cross-functionally and build scalable, repeatable systems & experiences.
