Rosso & Azzurro is looking for an ambitious, commercially-minded Ecommerce Manager to take ownership of our growing Direct-to-Consumer channel across 4 brands, 6 websites and multiple international markets. This isn't a marketing role, and it isn't a project management role. This is a true ecommerce leadership position where you'll own the performance of the channel end-to-end, leading a team while being accountable for the metrics that matter: conversion, revenue, margin and AOV.

Working closely with our Head of Ecommerce, Systems & Trade Merchandising, you'll be responsible for:

  • Driving ecommerce performance across multiple brands and territories
  • Owning onsite merchandising and customer experience
  • Leading CRO strategy and conversion improvements
  • Managing international and multi-currency trading performance
  • Acting as business owner for Shopify and the ecommerce technology stack
  • Leading and developing a team of Ecommerce Executives and an Ecommerce Assistant
  • Providing commercial insight that influences business decisions

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a proven track record of owning ecommerce performance in a product-led business
  • Has hands-on Shopify (or similar platform) experience
  • Uses analytics and data to drive commercial decisions
  • Has experience managing and developing people
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment where they can take real ownership and make an impact

Ownership of a growing DTC channel across multiple brands. Work with established sport and street fashion brands. Strong investment in ecommerce and trading capability. Direct access to senior leadership. Flexible working around core hours.

If you're ready to own a channel rather than just contribute to one, we'd love to hear from you.
