Role Overview (Manchester and Liverpool): Trailberg is a premium outdoor lifestyle brand known for high-performance gear and apparel. Our stores are more than retail spaces; they're hubs for adventure enthusiasts and communities passionate about the outdoors. We’re looking for a driven and experienced Store Manager to lead our Manchester Arndale team and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations including stock management, merchandising, and visual standards.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, security, and company policies.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture.
- Analyse sales data and KPIs to drive commercial decisions and improve store performance.
- Represent the Trailberg brand with professionalism and passion, both in-store and within the local community.
- Collaborate with regional and head office teams on marketing, events, and product launches.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in retail management, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or outdoor sectors.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Commercial awareness and ability to interpret sales data.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
