At Rosslyn Associates, we’re a team of accountants, chartered tax advisors and business advisors. We specialise in supporting small and medium-sized businesses, particularly in the trades sector, by providing the financial guidance and insight they need to grow and succeed. We’re known for building strong client relationships, delivering high-quality work, and taking a proactive approach to solving problems. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Client Manager to join our team.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, acting as their main point of contact, and ensuring we deliver work to a high standard. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing client relationships and maintaining regular communication
- Reviewing statutory accounts and overseeing tax compliance
- Identifying areas where clients could benefit from additional support or services
- Collaborating with the wider team to meet deadlines and support business goals
- Taking a proactive approach to improving internal systems and client processes
What We’re Looking For
- A minimum of two years’ experience in an accountancy role
- Comfortable speaking with clients and explaining financial matters clearly
- Strong IT and communication skills
- Experience with Xero, FreeAgent or similar software (preferred)
- A high level of attention to detail and a consistent, reliable work ethic
- A desire to grow and develop within the profession, whether in tax, business advisory or both
