Role Overview
Rossington Main FC is seeking committed and enthusiastic Football Coaches/Assistant Manager(s) to support across our men's and women's teams. These are voluntary roles, ideal for coaches looking to gain experience within an ambitious, well-structured non-league environment. The successful candidates will work closely with the Team Manager(s) to deliver high-quality coaching and support player development.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, structured training sessions
- Assist the Manager(s) during home and away fixtures
- Support individual player development through guidance and constructive feedback
- Collaborate with other club coaches and staff to align coaching plans and objectives
- Uphold the values, professionalism, and culture of Rossington Main FC at all times
Ideal Skills & Attributes
- FA Level 2 coaching qualification or equivalent (or working towards)
- FA Safeguarding certification and FA DBS (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
