Rossie Young People's Trust in Montrose is seeking a Grounds and Gardens Assistant to help develop, manage and maintain the Rossie estate gardens and grounds. You will work with the Site Manager and Facilities team to ensure high standards and safety across outdoor spaces.
Responsibilities include lawn care, hedge management, bed planting and woodland upkeep, plus servicing estate machinery and supporting young people on placements. A full clean driving licence is essential.
