Rossie Young People’s Trust is seeking an Education and Skills Academy Assistant to support practical vocational learning across plumbing, electrical, bike maintenance, painting and decorating, digital and life skills. You will work under skilled coaches and GTCS‑registered staff to help young people engage and develop confidence in hands-on sessions.
You will assist with workshop delivery, supervise safe tool use, and help learners achieve their portfolios and progress in a supportive environment.
