You\’ll ensure operations are well-coordinated, accurate records are kept, and any issues are resolved swiftly. Key Responsibilities: * Book security officers on/off duty * Respond promptly and professionally to emails * Record safety check calls and resolve issues as they arise * Answer and log calls from officers and clients accurately * Provide clear, detailed shift reports (verbal & written) * Issue and check keys in line with procedures * Assist with roster allocations and arrange cover at short notice * Handle control room matters, reporting to the Operations Manager What We\’re Looking For: * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Valid SIA Licence (Security Guard, Door Supervision, or CCTV) * Previous control room experience (essential) * Checkable 5-year work/education history (BS7858 standards) * Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure * Right to work in the UK * Proficient in English Please click APPLY to send your CV for this role.
