We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Executive & Democratic Services Officer to join our team at a pivotal and exciting time. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role at the heart of the organisation, supporting elected members and senior leadership in delivering effective governance and decision-making.
As an Executive & Democratic Services Officer, you will provide comprehensive administrative and democratic support services, including:
- Supporting elected Members in their roles, ensuring effective governance and smooth democratic processes
- Providing high-quality PA support to the Executive and Directors, including:
- Diary management and scheduling
- Email inbox management and correspondence handling
- Coordinating meetings, agendas, and follow-up actions
- Assisting with the organisation and delivery of formal meetings and decision‑making processes
- Acting as a key point of contact between Members, senior officers, and stakeholders
This is a varied and fast‑paced role where your professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail will be essential. The post is fixed term until the 31st March 2028.
