We are currently seeking a Housing Options Response Officer to join our Housing Options Team. You will play a vital role in supporting individuals and families to secure permanent housing and move towards independence.

The postholder will provide outreach support to engage individuals who are rough sleeping or at risk of rough sleeping, helping them access temporary accommodation and relevant services. Additionally, the postholder will work proactively to support households in taking practical steps towards securing permanent housing and assist RBC Housing Options Officers in delivering services.
