Rossella is a family-run Italian restaurant. Our original restaurant in Kentish Town has traded for 15 years and was voted one of the Top 10 Italian restaurants in London by OpenTable. Our new restaurant in Muswell Hill is growing fast, and we are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to help us run it and grow with us. The role: Run services day to day on the floor. Lead, train and motivate the front of house team. Keep our service standards high and look after guests, including handling any issues. Work closely with our management team. Help with rotas, stock and the day-to-day running of the restaurant. We are looking for someone who: Has at least 2 years as an assistant manager, supervisor or head waiter in a sit-down restaurant. Is confident leading a team during busy services. Has excellent guest service and strong English. Is available for evenings and weekends. Wants a long-term role with real opportunities to grow. What's in it for you: Full-time, 45-50 hours per week. GBP 15-17 per hour depending on experience, plus tips and service charge, paid every two weeks. Ongoing training and development.
