Rossella is expanding and we are opening a brand new site in Muswell Hill. Building on the success of our Kentish Town restaurant, voted in the Top 10 Italian restaurants in London by OpenTable and ranked in the Top 200 on Tripadvisor, we are looking for strong, fast and passionate BOH chefs to join our team from the start of this exciting new chapter. This is a great opportunity to be part of an established and growing brand, working with a close knit, motivated team using quality Italian ingredients, including products from our family vineyard in Italy.

We are looking for a versatile Sous Chef who will float across the kitchen, supporting both the main section and the salad and starter section, as well as prep and service wherever needed. A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role is required.
