About this role:

As a Personal Insurance Broker, you’ll play a key part in helping individuals and families protect the things that matter most, from cars and homes to holidays and more. You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive team, with the tools and training you need to succeed.

Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:

  • Providing professional, helpful advice to clients — in person, by phone, and by email
  • Quoting for new policies and making changes to existing cover
  • Handling client documentation with care and accuracy
  • Building trusted relationships that encourage loyalty and satisfaction
  • Supporting your team in meeting targets
  • Cross‑selling additional products and services that may benefit the client
  • Following company procedures and regulatory standards at all times

What we're looking for:

You don’t need previous insurance experience — just a willingness to learn, a professional attitude and strong communication skills. We’ll support you as you work towards the Certificate in Insurance and further professional development.
