Who you report to: Senior Director, Product Management - Graphics

What the job is all about:
- Represent Ross Virtual Solutions in the region both internally and externally.
- Work with the Product Management Team and Sales Management teams around the globe to develop new business and increase sales opportunities.
- Competently present our products and solutions to potential new customers and assist in converting them into clients.
- Support existing customers by providing technical and workflow guidance.
- Assist sales and technical solutions team with quoting and configuring Ross Virtual Solutions systems.
- Be the eyes and ears of the product team in the region, providing market feedback to product management to help shape the future of the product.
- Test new releases and provide feedback to development team.
- Review existing documentation (internal and external) and provide feedback to relevant teams.
- Attend trade-shows and industry events to help grow opportunities for Ross Virtual Solutions.
- Support services & support team on as needed basis, acting as the go-to specialist for all virtual workflows.
Who you are:
- 5+ years of experience with broadcast equipment in pre or post-sales environments.
- 5+ years of experience with one or several of the following: virtual sets, augmented reality, XR.
- Practical experience with camera tracking technologies applied to virtual production.
- Knowledge of broadcast graphics systems & IT workflows.
- Knowledge of graphic design and graphics production workflows.
- Practical knowledge of live production environments.
- Experience with gaming engines, particularly Unreal.
- Able to take complex technical details and convey the information to others in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Proven track record at delivering time-sensitive projects in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English).
- Organized and very detail orientated.
- Self-starter and quick learner with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Able to work co-operatively with and across all company departments.
