- Provide day‑to‑day administrative and operational support to the inside sales team
- Prepare, process, and track quotes, proposals, contracts, and sales orders
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer and opportunity data in CRM systems
- Respond to basic customer enquiries related to orders, pricing, and product information
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, operations, customer support) to support order processing and issue resolution
- Support reporting, pipeline updates, and general sales team organization
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and documentation
Who You Are
- Up to 2 years of experience in sales support, inside sales, customer service, or a similar role
