What Are We Looking For? Owing to continued sustainable growth across the business, our in-house Design team is looking for a Principal Electrical Design Engineer to join our office in Kent, working within our Asset Management and Technical Services business platform. You will take on a fully supported leading role in all aspects of projects, from scoping and detailed design through to implementation, ensuring compliance with client specifications and current regulatory standards, with a strong focus on low-carbon solutions. Some of Your Key Duties Include: Meeting with clients to discuss specific intervention requirements. Taking the EICA lead on development of bids and proposals for new projects or strategic frameworks. Carrying out the planning and implementation of projects in association with our Delivery Management teams. Line management and development of assigned EICA staff within your team. Taking the lead on the development of EICA design deliverables by you and your team and for the EICA activities within the business stream. Providing technical guidance on EICA matters to the wider project team and Senior Management. Helping RSE maintain our position as the contractor of choice to our key clients.
