What Are We Looking For? Owing to continued sustainable growth, our Asset Management & Technical Services business stream is looking for an experienced CAD Manager to join them on a permanent basis. This position will provide technical direction for the development of our in-house CAD team, overseeing the production of project CAD models for specific design projects. This role will involve the day-to-day scheduling, prioritising workloads, and progress reporting, in additional to ensuring that the design process adheres to RSE quality procedures. Some of Your Key Duties include: Provide technical direction for the development of 2D and 3D models. Create and execute development plans across multiple projects. Work closely with Delivery Managers to achieve committed work schedules. Ensure CAD teams operate within budget and project schedules. Recognise system deficiencies and implement effective solutions. Day-to-day work scheduling of the CAD team. Apply significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients. What Do You Need? A Degree/HND/HNC in Engineering or equivalent. Proven experience of working in a senior engineering position. Good knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD software. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in personnel management. Full UK Driving Licence. Who Are We?
