What Are We Looking For? Our Operations and Maintenance team is looking for an Administrator to join our Muir of Ord office on a permanent basis. You will be involved in assisting the O&M team with all administrative duties to support the wider and site based teams including document control and ensuring work packs are created and uploaded electronically. Some of Your Key Duties Include: Creating and organising work parks for project and site teams. Carry out data entry tasks ensuring Excel is up to date with current and accurate information on completion of works. Assisting the Fixed Wire Testing team with the completion and filing of documents, carrying out any modification work to documents as required. Liaising with project teams and managers with the maintenance of documentation and registers, issuing related stats and reports as required. Carry out all other tasks as requested within the post holder’s appropriate skill set. What Do You Need? Excellent IT skills (MS Office – Outlook, Word and Excel in particular). Be able to organise and prioritise workload effectively. A willingness and ability to learn new skills. Be able to work to deadlines to produce work to a high standard. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Be a clear and concise communicator maintaining a polite and professional manner. Full UK Driving Licence Who Are We?
