We’re on the hunt for our next Business Administration Apprentice, offering a golden opportunity to learn vital skills while providing high quality support to our repairs service. Key Points
- Conduct admin duties to support the running of the repairs service, including updating and closing down repairs orders.
- Work collaboratively with the work‑planners to respond to customer enquiries through our Customer Relationship Management system, investigating repair enquiries, contacting the customer and updating the system with any information.
- Support the Assets compliance team by recording, scanning and filing compliance certificates.
- Monitor and action defects reported by the compliance officer, raising repairs and scheduling appointments.
- Conduct repair post inspections by outbound calls to customers, record outcomes and escalating issues.
