About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Production Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong CNC Milling background who is looking to take on a leadership-focused engineering role within a medium to high complexity manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading continuous improvement initiatives within the CNC Milling section, developing manufacturing solutions for new products, and optimising existing machining processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and develop CNC machining solutions for new components.
- Improve and optimise existing CNC programs and manufacturing processes.
- Provide technical leadership and support within the CNC Milling section.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.
- Work closely with engineering and production teams to deliver robust manufacturing solutions.
