The Role
We are recruiting a CNC Miller to set, operate and run full simultaneous 5-axis machining centres producing high-precision aerospace components. This is a modern, supportive environment with structured training on hyperMILL and clear long-term progression.

- Full Simultaneous 5-Axis Machining Centres
- Hurco Max5 touch-screen control
What You’ll Be Doing
- Set and operate 5-axis CNC milling machines (full 5-axis simultaneous)
- Support prove-outs, offsets, tooling changes, and job changeovers
- Work to tight tolerances on complex aerospace parts (precision + quality critical)
- Using CAD/CAM to support production (training provided on hyperMILL)
- Carry out in-process checks and maintain a right-first-time approach
What We Need
- Ideally 5-10 years+ years CNC milling experience with either:
- 3+2 (positional 5-axis) or ideally previous simultaneous 5-axis (If not, strong 3rd/4th axis experience as a minimum)
- Some prior CAD/CAM exposure (any system) - enough to learn and develop on hyperMILL
