Our Asset Management & Technical Services business platform is expanding their division across England with the hire of an experienced Document Controller. The primary function of the role will be to provide support to the wider business and ensure QA/QC of design and manufacturing teams meet compliance for CAD/BIM information output. They will ensure technical documents and design drawings are issued following procedures and provide document guidance to all team members.

Some Of Your Key Duties Include:

  • Controlling BIM and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) project documentation.
  • Advising the numbering, naming convention, filing and formatting of documents and drawings issued by the design teams.
  • Following and improving document control procedures.
  • Ensuring site and office documentation conform to the company and client requirements and standards.
  • Develop towards using PowerBi Dashboards, reviewing non-compliance on ACC projects.
  • Produce document progress reports for senior managers.
  • Produce BIM Execution Plans.
  • Tracking and dealing with staff queries and problems.

What Do You Need?

  • Experience of working with/in ACC and ProjectWise is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and produce work to a high standard.
  • Understanding the BIM process would be advantageous.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
