The Person: We seek a highly credible, personable and commercially driven growth leader who will accelerate our growth across the UK market we compete in. The ideal candidate combines a strong network within the built environment sector with the ability to understand and discuss with our clients their challenges in sustainability, building services engineering, digital innovation, fire engineering and the challenges facing clients across real estate, hospitality, commercial offices, workplace design, healthcare, education, mixed use residential, and science and technology.
You are a strategic relationship builder who can engage confidently with developers, investors, project managers, architects, contractors, and public-sector stakeholders, while also working closely with our technical experts to translate client needs into winning solutions. You are proactive, entrepreneurial, and data-driven, with a proven track record of identifying opportunities, developing key accounts, leading pursuits, and converting pipeline into revenue. Most importantly, you are aligned with Introba's brand promise of transforming the built environment with curiosity, ingenuity and accountability, and can effectively communicate that to clients and partners throughout the UK.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Develop and execute growth strategies focused on expanding market share across target sectors and regions.
- Monitor and analyse market intelligence and trends to inform business strategy and sector priorities.
- Anticipate market changes over a two / three-year horizon and help position the business to respond ahead of competitors.
- Seek out and develop new opportunities that align with Introba's capabilities and business plan.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key collaborators and strategic partners, including clients, government departments, architects, developers, contractors, and real estate owners.
- Identify key clients, assign sector leaders and account managers, and monitor the quality and consistency of engagement.
- Promote a client-focused culture and champion high-quality client engagement across the business.
- Lead strategic sales initiatives and proactively identify, pursue and convert priority opportunities.
- Prioritise repeat business by promoting consistent client engagement and effective post-project follow-up.
Sales & Revenue Accountability
- Maintain and manage a pipeline of leads across target sectors and regions.
- Review, track and validate sales pipeline data through CRM and reporting tools.
- Support business growth by achieving revenue targets, securing new contracts, and expanding client portfolios.
- Track sales data and report regularly on sales metrics, forecasts and pipeline performance to the leadership team.
- Seek opportunities to collaborate across the wider group to strengthen client solutions and support growth.
Leadership & Development
- Be a proactive member of the Introba UK leadership team and contribute to business planning.
- Help build a business development culture across the leadership team by raising awareness of market changes, trends and opportunities.
- Support, mentor and train staff to strengthen business development and sales capability across the business.
- Interface with CRM and reporting teams to improve pipeline visibility, data quality and decision-making.
Experience & Capability
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
- Track record of delivering growth strategies.
- Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving capability.

- Experience of coordinating and overseeing the preparation of proposals.
