We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Assistant to join our IT team on a part time basis. This role will provide first-line technical support to RoSPA employees, assisting with a wide range of IT queries, system administration tasks, and operational activities that ensure the smooth and secure running of our IT services. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining excellent service standards and supporting colleagues across the organisation.

Do you have…?
- Five GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Mathematics
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- The ability to prioritise work and manage competing demands
- Basic understanding of cyber security and information security good practice
- Basic understanding of user accounts, access permissions and networking concepts
Desirable
- A-Level, BTEC, Apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in an IT-related subject
- Microsoft, CompTIA or similar entry-level IT certification
- Previous IT support, service desk administration or customer service experience
- Experience maintaining records, reports or asset inventories
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 administration activities
