We are seeking an experienced and proactive Cloud and Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting and modernising RoSPA's technology landscape as we continue our transition to a cloud-first operating model. You will be responsible for maintaining secure, reliable and resilient infrastructure services while supporting cloud migration, cyber security, business continuity and ongoing service improvement initiatives.

Do you have…?

  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Relevant Microsoft, cloud, networking, infrastructure or security certifications
  • Experience supporting hybrid Microsoft infrastructure environments
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Windows Server, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy
  • Experience supporting networking technologies, including firewalls, VPNs, switches and wireless networks
  • Experience administering Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Teams
  • Experience supporting cyber security controls, patch management, vulnerability remediation and disaster recovery processes
  • The ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and identify root causes
  • Strong communication, organisation and documentation skills

Desirable

  • Experience managing Microsoft Azure services
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform
  • Experience using PowerShell or automation tools
  • Experience supporting IIS, web infrastructure or CMS-hosting environments
  • Experience working within a charity, membership or professional services environment
  • Knowledge of Cyber Essentials Plus, PCI DSS, GDPR or ISO-based security frameworks
